How Buyer Agency Works for You!

When you sign on with a "Buyer's Agent" that person works for You, to get You the best price and terms for the property You want.
By contract a "Buyer's Agent" works exclusively in Your interests and will keep confidential Your financial position and what You are willing to pay for a property.
An "Accredited Buyer's Representative" has achieved the title through continuing education and proven experience in representing buyers. Accreditation is given through the Buyer Agency Council of the National Association of Realtors. They are your best source for purchasing property, either your residence or a vacation home.
Because I represent You and not the sellers I will find the homes or building sites that best fit Your needs, not what my other clients are trying to get rid of. Call me first for further details.

My husband and I had a very good experience working with Tom while looking for a condominium in Summit County. Tom has lived in Summit County for many decades and is familiar with Summit County and he seems genuinely connected to the community. Dan and I started looking for a condo in May 2015 and we were all over the board as to what we wanted in terms of location, square footage, and price. Fortunately for us, Tom was extremely patient and continued to show us a multitude of properties, until we finally decided and purchased a condominium in Wildernest, (Silverthorne) in September 2015. Awesome realtor to work with. Tom was always available to take my calls and answer any and all questions that I had with my property purchase in Twin Lakes. World Class Todd-Twin Lakes

Thanks Tom for working with us on a search for a home in Breckenridge. It was nice to able to call at the last minute and schedule some time to go view homes. I like your no pressure sales pitch; you just show us the homes and let us decide. Yet, you also looked out for our interests such as asking for extra time on a decision. It is also a pleasure to deal with someone who loves the mountains - why else would you be here so long. Jan-MN
