Weekly Market Update

The Week of May 31-Yes that's a picture of my yard June 9th. Nothing like summer in the Rockies. We are seeing a reduction in inventory of available properties. Never thought I would say that. More properties are coming off the market with pending sales and withdrawn listings than coming on. The apparent slowdown and glut many predicted has not happened. People still want to be here to share the magic. Don't miss your chance. Dwindling inventory means rising prices and we are seeing it across the country, not just here. With interest rates historically low we are in the most buyer friendly market in years but it's shifting back already.

6/7/20    547 Active  153 Non-preconstruction Pendings

Pendings; median DOM 21 Ave 66
Price Decrease (34)
Price Increase (3)
New Listing (86)
Back On Market (6)
Pending (70)
Sold (28)
Withdrawn (7)
Expired (33)

The number of active listings has shifted. There are some price reductions but soon that will shift as well. Now's the best time to find the home you've always wanted. Waiting will cost you more. If it's here today it may be gone tomorrow and not be back for a very long time.

I hope you're staying healthy and planning on seeing us this summer, it's going to be a great one. We miss you all!

As always, I appreciate you. If you can think of anything I can do to help make your life easier today, please let me know.
