Sell Your House Fast Without Using an Agent

With all the fake news coming out about the National Association of Realtors settlement concerning commissions this is an inevitable step. Many folks will think this is a legit way to save money. Save the 6% or 7% commission by selling to an Ibuyer for 10%-15% below the market value of your home.

Don't worry they say; "We use your local neighborhood data and our extensive investor network to find the best offer for your home." Best offer for you or them? Do you think those investors make money paying market value for your home? Local data they use is why those Internet valuations you get are so far off. They tell you what your house was worth 2-6 months ago, not what it will be worth in a month or two when you go to sell. In our still rising market that could cost you way more than what you are supposed to be saving. Additionally, your home is lumped in with the worst of the worst with no realistic adjustments. THAT'S WHY YOU NEED AN EXPERIENCED BROKER TO GIVE YOU AN UP TO DATE MARKET VALUE ON YOUR HOME.

More Breaking News;

April 4 (UPI) -- Some 55,000 home sellers who used Opendoor Technologies to sell their house stand to receive a rebate of more than $1,000, the Federal Trade Commission announced Wednesday. The real estate company settled a lawsuit claiming it misled sellers into selling their houses for a lower price than what they may have been able to get on the open market. The FTC said the average refund will be about $1,024, according to the Commission's refund tracker. Over the past decade, Opendoor has become one of the most high-profile instant-buyer real-estate companies, which are also known as iBuyers. These firms buy homes from homeowners directly, rather than serving as a broker on the open market between sellers and other buyers.

Call me today and I will come by your home and compare it to the best comparables with an experienced eye and years of market knowledge.
