The governor's office reluctantly allowed real estate activity to continue. Guidelines are; No public open houses. (Digital is okay.) Showings for vacant homes: These are supposed to be limited to people who NEED to buy or sell. For vacant properties: show with extreme caution. Use gloves, hand sanitizer, stay at least 6 feet away, wear a mask if you have one, ski buff or homemade if you do not. For owner occupied: consider suspending showings until further notice. Same procedure as above. Have buyers view all videos and virtual tours and be very intentional about limiting the number of properties shown.
