The Week of April 26-We seem to trending upward for now. With showings resuming last week pending contracts doubled. Properties closing last 30 days maintain 97% of list price. Price reductions and back on the market continued but did not increase. With interest rates historically low we are in the most buyer friendly market in years.

New listings coming on but many people are pulling their properties off the market. That's keeping the number of active listings steady. Now's a great time to find the home you've always wanted. If it's here today it may be gone tomorrow and not be back for a very long time.
